Where's the plot? This was mostly about relationships and info about the laws in this urban fantasy world. I'm glad that I borrowed this and didn't purchase it.

Great book, but not a fan of the writing style. She goes from writing in the proverbial "you," to try to put the reader in her shoes, only to switch into poetic imagery. The switch can be confusing and terribly hard to understand when there is repetitive word usage blending with abstract poetic imagery.

It is a little more abstract when it comes to "The Killer", but still a good book. It depicts Native Americans in a modern and honest light despite it being a fiction novel.

All homework and no play makes Cristan a dull girl.
