I love the highly political themes of the book. It’s like somebody took made a fantasy geopolitics scenario and stretched it across a galaxy.

Have now read a short book’s worth and it only feels like we’re getting started.

I’ve found that subvocalising the book in the voice of Dan Carlin from ‘Hardcore History’ has elevated this book greatly.

I’ve seen peace and now I’m seeing war. I was mistaken to believe this book would be a bunch of rich people gossiping in palaces.

I've been struggling to complete any books recently. Everything I've picked up has been either too dull or too irrelevant.
