Listening and reading physical book

Just started the book. I've heard great things, but already there are so many grammatical errors that it is bothering me. I have reread so many sentences. 🙄

Oh my.... messy, messy.

I'm not one of those people that needs everything to be shock and awe, or even fast paced. But I am bored. I have to keep going back because I am not really paying attention 😫

This book was highly recommended. I keep seeing praise, I finally purchased the ebook and right now, I'm struggling. I really don't like men that talk like Villain. Uggghhh. I'm disappointed. I'm only on chapter four, so I'm going to keep going.

I'm going to go ahead and dnf. This will be my very first dnf, but that's my New Year's resolution. I think my brain is too developed for this. It is very young, very YA and I'm annoyed.

The narrator did a fantastic job. This was such an exciting story. I couldn't stop listening. The characters were easy to connect to and I thought the story was realistic.

So far, it is very interesting. I'm a little off put by a kiss on a date being darn near considered SA. That is weird and almost minimizes true SA.

Should I keep trying or DNF? I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY'RE TALKING ABOUT half the time 😫

So far, the narrator swallowing every few minutes directly into the mic is grossing me out. It is very distracting. I'm glad that I am listening for free. I'm tempted to return it and get the ebook because it is ridiculous.
