I hate hate hate the impropriety of this relationship. Ceony's desperation is distracting from an otherwise interesting story. I've no idea what Emery, as a grown man, would see in her churlish, childish behavior.

Oh my god, Ceony is an idiot.

Enjoying this very much, though I'm a bit perturbed by the relationship between Ceony and Thane. I know we as readers are supposed to root four them, but the whole thing is just kind of squicky.

So this book supposedly changed everything we know about the vampires, huh? Hope I don't have to wait til page 462 to find out the truth.

I see far too much of myself in these pages already.
