Ok, this is a long book (well box compilation of 5 books) and it is probably one of the darkest, most disturbing "romance" (if you want to call it that) books I've ever read. I absolutely have to set it down at times.

Phew, this collection. I finished book one, on to book 2 and it's dark.

Ummm.. wtf Meghan?? Where is my comedy?? You're killing me here!

FFS, does Lily ever grow up?!? What the actual F*ck... Intolerable is too kind of a word for this brat.

OMG could Lily be anymore childish? I'm about to DNF this one because she is acting like a 2 year old. FFS

Ummmm... ok this started out pretty good, but... where is it going now? And still half left?

I REALLY hope this book has a major twist, because if I had it figure out from the beginning, I'll be pretty peeved. (And also, because I HAD to know if I needed to DNF it, the dog does NOT die. Although I haven't gotten to that part yet.)

Book club book.

Oof... while there are some extremely funny parts of Banter between January and Gus, this one has a LOT of emotional woes as well.

I definitely think it's gearing more toward women's lit, contemporary fiction than rom-com at this point, but I'm invested now.

I really enjoyed the start of this one and the premise of the story originally, it seems to have gone of the rails a bit and I'm not sure about it... I'm sticking with it for now because I really enjoyed the other books I've read by this author. But not sure for how much longer.

Marked this as currently reading a while ago and kind of forgot about it. Started it this evening while having a glass of wine, which turned into more wine, so I set my Kindle down for the evening.
