Esthers chapters are great but then again I find her depiction rather problematic. As a feminist I find her angelic character rather questionable especially when compared to the portrait of the “selfish” Mrs Jellyby.
Like I said it teaches me a lot about myself and I like that! Do I like it enough to finish this GIANT book? Well, we will see..
