Ibland tror jag inte människorna som gör statistik riktigt tänker. I en hade de konverterat svaren till 'mycket nöjd', 'ganska nöjd' och 'inte nöjd'. En fråga i det hela bad dem att värdera statusen på deras arbete - vilket ledde till att när man läste statistiken så sade den att 58% var ganska nöjda med att deras arbete hade låg status. ROFL.

'A Case of Insomnia' was delightful :D And I liked the reference to Dracula in 'The Drowned Geologist'.

I really, really liked the first two stories :) We'll have to see about the rest.

Don't know if I'll ever finish this book...

On page 17, he suggested that Garbo had an incenstuous relationship with her father. Later he implies that she masturbated for hours to pictures of actors and actresses. Then he says that her first sexual experience was with her sister. Geez, I wonder why Garbo and her family denounced the book.

So slooow. I loved 'Never Let Me Go' and 'Nocturnes', but this one is slow and unengaging.
