I've tried many times to read this book but I can't deal with Eleanor's attitude. I always give up after reading two or three chapters.

Creo que lo que más amo de los libros de Clare es lo inclusivo que son. Casi me largo a llorar con este capítulo.

"Y me habló. Me dio palabras, que yo nunca había tenido, como regalo. Fue la primera vez que oí la palabra «transgénero». Me puse a llorar. Nunca antes me había dado cuenta de lo mucho que puedes quitarle a alguien al no permitirle conocer las palabras que necesita para describirse."

The rooting part is heartbreaking.

I thought I'd enjoy this book as much as I enjoyed Milk and Honey but I'm not.
This just reminds me of "The princess saves herself in this one".

Ya me veo venir algo algo muy similar al dilema de Tessa en Los Orígenes.

¡Ay, Peter! Es de los personajes más desagradables de la historia pero, por alguna razón, desde el primer libro que es uno de mis favoritos.

No puedo dejar de comparar los cuentos de Disney que leía cuando tenía cinco años con éstos. Rapunzel y Cenicienta, principalmente.

No puedo creer que no haya leído los cuentos de los hermanos Grimm hasta ahora. Fascinante.

Retomando por enésima vez este libro. Hace un año que lo empecé y no logro engancharme, sin embargo, no puedo con mi genio.

I find this book really interesting but sometimes I don't get Eden's behavior. I know that she's been through one of the most terrible things that could happen to a human being but she doesn't need to be rude to everyone all the time.
Besides that, I'm enjoying the book and how realistic it is.

Ugh. Seriously?

When I read the first chapter I thought this was going to be a really good book, not a typical YA book. Two chapters later, I think this actually is just another typical YA book.

I'm reading this book so slow! I think I'm not in the mood so I'm leaving it for a while.
