Very similar style to Gone Girl but with more of a can't-believe-I'm-reading-this-but-I-can't-look-away feel.

dnf- poor pacing and plot, characters underwritten, couldn't finish

Meh so far, will go a little more to see if it gets any better...

In the beginning I was getting really annoyed with the main character and almost stopped reading but then one of the characters mentioned wanting to go to pharmacy school so I had to keep reading. I'm really glad I did because it got so much better.

First off- the cover is completely stupid and misleading and almost made me not read it. its actually quite a good retelling?origin story? of fairytales. so far enjoying but hope it doesnt disappoint.

Just as I suspected, filled with the usual ya paranormal romance cliches. Not gonna bother finishing it.

Little wary of this one. Liked the first book enough and felt it could stand on its own. If it continues to focus on the romance at the expense of plot/world building, I'm done.

Loved Jellicoe Road by the same author, this is a very different genre from her but hopefully it'll be good.

Arrggh! Sometimes I feel as though all his characters do I'd travel and have bawdy conversations. And then the whole point of everything gets wrapped up in the last chapter. Maybe I'll just skip to it.
