The essay about women's anger was quite interesting. Bertha in Jane Eyre as a representative of how women were (are?) treated and kept out of sight.

Already lots of amazing stuff about some animals' sense of smell (dogs of course, but birds? Elephants? Snakes?) and then info about how animals see (eg starfish have eyes at the end of each arm; hopping spiders have 4 sets of eyes, but only the side/back ones can track motion).

On Heartbreak. A woman (person?) should practice breaking their own heart.

On Kindness. And the difference(s) between it and Nice.
On Destiny. And Fairies, and what fairies are not.

On being in between. The liminal space between (places, experiences, situations). Much reference to her personal problems with depression.

On commitment. Maybe it is enough just to commit to trying to survive - to stay healthy and not die, as Jane put it when asked how she intended to avoid hell.

On fear. "[F]ear is...the only necessary ingredient for courage."

Really appreciated her intro, maybe because I've been listening to the Harry Potter podcast.

35 expressed its themes in a complicated way, and this analysis at least helps a little with trying to explain the legal pleading, and the reference to lines previously spoken that now merit criticism.

Sonnet 34 was a tough read - much going on, but not stated directly. This book's analysis was especially helpful for this sonnet.
