Wow. What a stark contrast between the prologue and chapter one. One is very serious, scary even. And another is loving and light-hearted. I giggled so much because I aspire to be the elder that is portrayed in the narrators life.

I like this book so far!!! It follows the cheats plot line but idc! It’s making my heart ache for a new love.

Candace you do not have to eat us up like this chapter after chapter! I’m loving the FACTS and common sense woven throughout the book. At the end of each subchapter she has a transition sentence that has you ready to read the next part. I’m loving it so much and sharing highlights with everyone I come across.
