This was brilliant, but I'm not sure what I have to say about it all.
One or two of the pages were just masterful story telling and scene painting.

Thirty pages in and I have no idea what is happening.
Nothing holds together and the narrative makes no sense so far.

Amazing language:
'The day his wife fell into a coma from which she never woke, grief settled on this house like a vulture that would not leave until it had gorged itself on every last trace of lightness and joy.'
