Not as good as the first book but seconds seldom are. It’s way more angsty and I have a knot in my stomach because of it, don’t really want to finish it before the last book is even released because I’m scared for the ending 😬 had to put it down for some time to heal but can’t wait to finish this series. Adore this series and it’s characters

This book wow!! Love magic and witches!!
And one can’t get enough of the scrutiny of Christianity and the internal battle of what is good and what is evil, what is right and what is wrong, and how some justify murder and suffering in the name of religion.
Then of course the less deep meaning of the book, the romance and the pining and the spicy parts wow hehe can’t get enough of that either

Finally reading this book again, been so long I forgot how it is. I love how now that I'm older it isn't just only a good story it has a deeper meaning. One of my favourite book series as a child so hope I still like it as much now!

Kinda like it but don't like how it turn to different gifts and eye colours to monsters. Can just hope it has something to do with each other and that I like it.

I'm a sucker for love stories, that's all I can say so far.
