Been reading too many meh books (3 stars) so I needed something I could read quickly and immerse myself in. Figured contemporary romance would do the trick. Less than an hour later I’m 1/4 of the way through so I’d say, mission successful.

Not the type of book I can sit down and get immersed in. Entertaining but in a way that you have to put it down and come back to it.

When they mentioned the Fleetwood Mac Rumors album, I was sold! It’s my favorite of all time!

So far, the taboo subject matter is being approached in a manner that is not over the top. I feel for these poor kids. Obviously not the romantic portion, if it can be labeled that. But the circumstances they’re in are rather difficult. We’ll see how the rest of the book plays out.

I’m aiming to finish this book tonight. It’s good but I’m in the mood for some drama.

Things are starting to pick up.
