Well, I finished this actually a week or more ago. But I wanted it to go more slowly, and I've taken that to the point of not placing 'finished' on good -reads.

Fairy tales are the bits and pieces that fill in the cracks in the world; the words we use without considering; the truths we know without knowing.

...these all tend to a bit heavy -- Fitz's perspective is beaten. But I rather love the fact that he grows, becomes self-aware, and can feel dead and not act on it.

I've bloody well been waiting to read this ages--and now the library got it.

Fairly insipid, on all points--prose, portrayal of the Star Wars universe and characters--it is neatly rote, but not at all neat.

This is a curious read. Stories make a backweave and mystery. The characters are brief--as wit's soul, without any doubt of depth.
