Loved this! It covers the time period 1982 to John Entwistle’s passing. I learned some new things about Pete. It was cool to hear him laugh and be a little self deprecating. And the accompanying music is top notch! Should check out other artists in the Audible series. 5/5

What a short glimpse into what might have been.The second part of the book-the part Prince actually wrote-reads more like an outline or at best incomplete chapters.And I don’t understand the hate for the introduction by Piepenbring.It gave great background to development of the book.Frankly w/o it,there wouldn’t be much to this.4/5 because this is obviously incomplete.Had Prince lived, it’d have been much more.

While the thread of the Clapton/Harrison relationship weaves in and out, this wasn’t quite what I expected. Not a Beatles/Harrison fan, so learned a lot. Heavy on the All Things Must Pass LP; especially “My Sweet Lord”. Through some crazy shit, these two seemed to have genuinely maintained a friendship. Enjoyable listen. 4/5
