Started....the investigation starts instantly....

Finding it difficult to find time for reading this, although it is turning out to be a gr8 page-turner with each page turn.
So I got up very early today (between 5 - 6 Am IST) and spent an hour reading it.
Really having a nice time.
Now I understand why there are so many little chapters.....;)

Based on the reviews of others, I underestimated it as not being a page-turner.
wow...it catches fire somewhr in the middle.
The author slowly builds up before disclosing each clue...wow. Having a great time.

An important revelation.... Not important as per Nick, but very important to all others, especially police....
turning out to be a fun read...

It is indeed a page turner....
Too many little flashbacks....before a Qn is answered.......
Alternating between the current investigation & Amy's diary entries......

Its not a page turner, but having said that, Flynn seems to be a good writer, seems interesting, the fact that there are two many short chapters through-out the books, makes it easy to get along..

So far, so gud, the narration is little tricky.....

The interactions with the spacers are good. But it seems a little odd to see partner, Oliva to mention the laws every now & then.
But again, Baley is at his best. So intelligent, tries to find purpose for everything he encounters, which makes the page turn...

Baley takes off again for another roboticide investigation...

Into my 3rd Novel in the robot series (i,Robot, Caves of Steel & this one).....

Into d 3rd chap., the story is starting to gain some pace....as expected, the robot-partner is stunning, his conversations, intelligence, common-sense, reasonsing...wow.

Just Started.....

The Story of the Mayor is simply a gr8 thriller.
And it has a nice twist to the story at the end.
And throughout all the stories, Dr. Calvin stands out as one gr8 intelligent, sharp minded robot-psychologist and Goes about solving one puzzle after another.
This collection of short stories is turning out to be one hell of a page-turner.

-Completed the liar & lost robot - a real puzzler (the movie takes little inspiration from both these stories for few instances), Escape is one amazing story. I understand that a clear understanding of the 3 laws of robotics are necessary to understand all the twists & turns and also to understand how the mind of a robot will work.

Real page turner for any SF fan or iRobot movie fan.

The sequences involving Robots sitting down with their masters/ team leads and discussing problems with other robots/self/ other robots are amazing. Gr8 imagination from Asimov as he has very carefully captured the tone of a Robot in those dialogues.
The very reason why I dont find the stories/novel boring. And it is makingit a real page turner.

So far, so good.
Robbie, Cutie, Speedy etc... all different versions of Robots ...

Starting the Robot series from today.

Another stunning crime mystery beautifully decoded by Galileo, greatly aided by the newcomer Uti.
I have reached the last chapters.......
Need 2 find some time to finish it off...
