Slow to start, but think I've hit my stride with this one... *and* surpassed the 100-odd pages whose total was my best effort when I bought this copy of the book as a teenager. Hurrah! Looking forward to (eventually) stopping cringing at my failure when I see the dratted thing on the shelf.
