It's brilliant how Terry chose different narrators for this novel; you start out with Viola's version of it all and you take it for a general fact but as you read Cecil's, Lewis' Charlotte's, you're once again reminded that life isn't all black and white. It's not that easy, that simplistic. We're all right AND wrong to different readers of our stories.
