My 2021 Reading Challenge is split in 2 categories.

My goal is to read the 66 books of the Bible in one year--a yearly resolution that I've still never completed to this day. I'm hoping that Goodreads will help to keep me motivated by letting me check off the books towards my reading challenge. I've never tried it like this before so we'll see!

And I'd like to read 20 other books....low for me....I know *cries*

My Bible Reading Plan has me reading the Bible in "Chronological Order", so apparently, the events of Job take place in the time period of the middle of Genesis (between the stories of Noah and Abram/Abraham). So I will be back in Genesis once I finish Job!

Honestly, I'm kind of glad to be getting Job out of the way this early on in my reading. I read it towards the end of 2020 and boy. It's tough.

We tried so hard to finish this book on the drive to work this morning, but alas, still 10 pages left! Man, this is so eye-opening!

Um. Josh and I accidently started and binge read this book last night and had to force ourselves to stop reading at 2am this morning to be up in time for work. I am completely and utterly in awe at how blatantly I've missed how fully and completely in control God is of every situation. MMMM. You just WAIT for my review!

Why does the love interest always blame the MC for things THEY CAN'T CONTROL. Like COME ON, IT'S NOT HIS FAULT. YOU CAN'T BE MAD AT HIM RIGHT NOW, HE TRIED EVERYTHING.

I wish I had prepared myself for the suspense that comes with this book. Man, there aren’t many books that distract me from every other aspect of life while I’m reading. This is intense.

If you could pick a storyworld where ENDLESS adventures could happen, what world would you choose? And what character (ONLY ONE) would you want in ALL of the stories?

Wow. Not sure what I expected from this book, but I don't think this is it. It's way more intense than I was thinking....But Betka is one brave soul....

Let's vote: My hubby is gone on his 2 week military training and we're reading a PHENOMENAL book aloud together... and I'm faced with a dilemma. Should I...

1. Read ahead without him and just reread it when he gets home? *THE SUSPENSE IS AGONIZING*

OR

2. Wait for him....*sigh* because I would want him to wait for me *tears*.
