I think I'm starting to understand this part of the story almost like Percy Jackson/Harry Potteresque/Magisterium story but different

This book is very hard to imagine so many characters are popping up.

What a crazy scene

An introduction this late in the story coming to terms to who they are.

I'm getting the story now. There was no action before this.

Finally some real action scenes. This part sounds like a scene out of Divergent.

I think I'm starting to get this story but I'm imagining Monster Inc for some reason with all the doors.

Got a challenge going on.

I don't know if I get what is going on right now.

Only the thought of those things and what they mean is everything to her.

This book is weird but different.

Booktubeathon 2017 is On. Here is Challenge Number 1 : Read a book with a person on the cover. This writing style is so different than anything I've ever read.

It's amazing to see this whole story play out as all the facts come together,Avalon, Excalibur, Guinevere, Morgan Lestat Fey, the nine maidens, and the 3 queens. Arthur at the top and now Merlin this is why I love this time period in history whether it was real or fiction.

I'm finally getting back to reading. This was a long chapter. It's cool to see how Morgan Le Fey's character in Arthurian Legend is depicted. I didn't know this story before.

What a long chapter but it lead to another linked topic. The information that was given in this chapter was to find real evidence that the lake of Avalon may have existed but where there is no real proof yet. But to go by older history that is where Morgan Le Fey comes into the story and where she met with her people to heal people but there is also another similar story to hers.

I think that was one of the longest chapters I've read so far in this book. It's so good though. Facts about Excalibur and where the stories come from and where it could have possibly originated so cool.

I like how Graham Phillips the author gives you genuine proof of where a certain place like Camelot could be or when Arthur was supposed to have lived. The proof of it not taking place during a certain time because of something else happening at that time. He uses his research to back up his findings.

What an amazing eye opening first chapter. A lot of this stuff I already knew from historical documentaries but it's neat to read about it, almost like seeing it again. Great book so far.

I'm super excited I finally got to this book. I'm a huge King Arthur fan and this is taking care of my King Arthur fix. So good can't wait to get to all the legendary stories I have yet to read.

So excited to start this next book it's not a novel but it's a historic book about King Arthur

What an ending didn't see that coming. I thought the character a boy who was an apprentice but not female who would become Arthur's wife. Gwenivere. In the last few pages that was good. But it leaves you wanting more.

After all the trouble and pressure Arthur is forced to pull the sword from the stone. It is pulled and he continues to be king of all Britain.

Gwen is trying to warn everyone about the danger that could ruin the good of the castle but he is not being listened to or believed. I wonder what will happen now.

A plan is put in place they now realize what they are up against this could be bad for the good of Arthur's castle and the realm.

Time for another update I could have finished this book already anyway... Arthur has let his men try to pull the sword but they all refused because of the respect they have for him which kind of upsets him.

Getting ready for the preparation to prove who the rightful king of Britain will be.

The boy may know too much this is something Arthur wasn't seeing but is taking into consideration.

A trip out to a cave to bring the stone back will show the people of Arthur's kingdom who is the rightful King of Britain.
