He may not have enjoyed a beating so he did everything he could to avoid it he listened to his dad. He wasn't doing the things he used to do because of the strict consequences he would have. Scott was told to analyze the chapter of Job one night his dad ended up using it and never gave him credit for it after using it in Bible study. It was helping Scott to embrace The Bible more now.

Ouch what a wake up call his dad was very strict about his behavior and the music he listened to. God was all he needed he told him Rock n Roll pollutes your mind it just wasn't something he would put up with. He was very strict on his word. He was now starting to really parent Scott he was now in charge.

Wow just pulls at your heart strings. Scott got everything he ever wanted a new life a new name and finally someone he could call Dad. This chapter put me in the feels. This man was spending time with Scott as a real dad should. Great chapter.

Scott really had it hard growing up going from being a happy kid to having his dad disappear out of his life to having his grandfather be a good role model in his life. He was discovering a whole new world that God made and now he would soon be seeing a new father figure enter his life...

Here is someone I've actually met in person had this book awhile its time to read it finally. I really didn't like reading about the fall he had it scared me back then when I had found out about it. T.I. I have so much respect for you. You helped save Scott. Clearly God stepped in and put T.I. there I dont want to think about if he would be with us today God bless both of them...

God releases us from all that troubles us and we still try to fight it. We are so valuable to God why do we sometimes want to go back to the things we used to know that hurt us. God delivers us from bondage. We are loved by a BIG God.

I love the story of how God told Moses to round up the people and bring them to the promised land and how God spoke to Moses through The Burning Bush. Moses was of Egypt in the beginning being treated like royalty. Mainly this chapter is focusing on The Voice of God and how to hear it. God wants a relationship with us in intimacy He wants us to seek him always.

I was about to read something else. I literally heard No Son Read this one. God always guides us to what He wants us to read and see at the right time. God wants me to spend more time in His presence in a Godly word that can transform my mind to focus on Him. Ok God You Win...

What a story I have no words I feel like I was on this long journey with him through his suffering from pain to deliverance. God is Good. God is true freedom. God is Good AMEN. What a testimony.

This story just goes to show you can go to hell and back come to terms do the work. God still and always has a plan its up to us to acknowledge Him and He will help us. He is always waiting on us to come to Him he helped Brian and He can help you, I understand Im a Christian myself I understand all of this. Following God is not easy.But it's ALL WORTH IT.

Its amazing the trust he put in God. He got rid of his house, got rid of his whole life from the past everything that would bring him back to it was gone. He was now living a new life with purpose and obedience to Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He tied up loose ends and came to forgive people and people forgave him. He made his peace with everyone he felt he needed to. At the end of it all God revealed a big gift.

Wow that was quite a scare a quick trip to India to see how people were living there and all the hungry people who lived there, and the orphanage they created there. God was changing his heart He wanted him to see He wasn't done with him. God always has a plan.

It was a very spiritual experience to be washed of his passed in the River Jordan but now to move his spiritual life forward try to live for God no matter what it meant that was where he was. He wanted God to use his talent of music. He wanted to continue somehow also brought his family together to the faith and now they were all saved. He craved God more than ever because of the results he was seeing in his life.

Giving his testimony caused a lot of publicity to come to him at the church where he gave his life to God. He was giving God the attention to the world he truly deserved and he was ok with that after all He did for him. Finally a new man, a believer in Christ a new man of God Brian was changed forever as a new Christian, baptized in the River Jordan where Christ was baptized. The past was gone forever.

The chapter where everything turns around for the better he leaves KoRn, he finally gets to see his daughter open presents on Christmas. He goes to church for the first time as an adult. He gets rid of his drugs for the last time and experiences God in a supernatural way like he has never felt Him before. He experiences true freedom and peace for the first time in his life.

Just keeps getting darker but Im at the point where I believe he is about to turn it around. Its like he was off and on on his bad habits. He had it so good recording Untouchables and now tpuring again raising his daughter on his own because he messed up when he had it good. He didn't care even that he was on one of the biggest tours ever Ozzfest he was never out there watching it. So sad to see him wasting away..

Wow this chapter was insane all the touring and all the things going on with his now wife. His new baby and him finally becoming a real Dad. More big tours and going out to promote Follow the Leader and recording the new record that would eventually become ISSUES. Doing Woodstock 99' His wife deciding to leave him because she was so tweaked out he had to be the Rockstar single Dad and make things happen...wow.

The descriptions of everything he went through with his girlfriend and how he somehow kept the relationship going is insane. Somehow they stayed together. Even with him being on tour its insane the big tours he was a part of all the girls that were around the bands. Somehow he managed to pull it off. You feel like your right there with him like all this happened yesterday it feels real...

The incredible descriptions of everything he was going through while with his girlfriend you feel like he's telling you like it happened yesterday. How he kept his relationship going even with all the cheating I dont know how that's even possible. Even with all the big tours and all the girls around that scene. This book is very fast paced but you feel like your right there. Good book...almost done.

These are long chapters but very informative...the details of his relationship with his girlfriend wow and the things that happened and still they were together. The touring scene was insane the big tours they were getting at the time. Even after all that he still manages to keep his relationship going...Head talks like all this happened yesterday...fast paced book.

Wow the story how KoRn came together every step of the way almost like an inbetween description of what happened in a Behind the Music documentary on KoRn. The story we never saw. From all stuff they went through putting the band together up until where it is now with a sign record deal. Then to the devastation of one member Head himself in giving his brand new baby up for adoption....I was so sad for him...

The things he went through just to get where he is now is insane jumping from house to house city to city Friend to Friend just to pursue his passion...he is someone who didn't give up.

Wow what an introduction into the story of his youth I remember those days of feeling you were not sure what to think of your beliefs or who God was and who Jesus was...you were just discovering who you were as a person and how Jesus fit into your life...

I'm already hooked I like stories that are real...you can feel the straight real talk...I already knew the story from the beginning of this book...I'm ready to finally read his story after years of wanting to find it. I finally found it...

Wow what an ending. He really knows how to write from experience. The last chapter really wraps it up and stops you cold...what is it going to take to be a good and faithful servant of God. How often do we think, He made a promise to us that He will never take back He promises us eternity with Him in Heaven how do we really take that simple thought. Its hard as a society but honestly there is only one right way...Up.

To know God Highly favors us why do we allow ourselves to be anything else. The world shouldn't be something we focus on when it comes to the names we are given in life we should always ask God what He knows we should have. Also how are we making every second count in life. Life is a happening God gives us another day to do what He wants for us.
