Good stuff Ozzfest a tour I never saw but listened to the albums which are still great. Sharon was really the backbone of Ozzfest. There was a time when she wanted to have Ozzy play Lollapalooza and they turned him down so as an experiment for 2 dates she put together shows that turned into an actual tour OZZFEST one of the biggest tours in Metal music. She had made Ozzy bigger than any other tour at the time.

Great long chapter on the touring he did even trying to retire and then coming out of retirement after getting a confirmation he didn't have MS. He was putting together the last tour of his career as he thought it would be his last No More Tours. He came out of retirement and recorded Ozzmosis. He has had quite the life touring the world.

After the death of Randy Rhodes Ozzy couldn't believe the loss of his friend and Sharon's friend who had both lost their lives in a tragic accident. Ozzy managed to move on from this incident. They found more music that Randy played on simply a Tribute album to him. Zakk Wilde would come in to replace him in the band. Ozzy would release a couple more albums finally sober up and release No More Tears, a great album.

I forgot to mention the infamous bat incident as well this is now something he is known for its really made the dove incident to be forgotten. He really wanted the bat incident to go away.

A lot crammed into one chapter Ozzy has had quite the life from going solo. Getting married. Gaining band mates and losing band makes making record after record. The Alamo incident. Raising 3 kids being out on tour with them. Being accused of taking his fans lives because of his music. He's been through a lot...

Nearly the breaking point for Ozzy with Black Sabbath getting fired from the band and coming back. Beginning a solo artist career under the name Blizzard of Oz with Randy Rhodes the unveiling of Crazy Train. Meeting Sharon for the first time and touring. The bloody dove incident at CBS...so much packed into this chapter could have been two chapters.

The beginning days of Black Sabbath they went through a lot at the time especially Ozzy. The changed their band name a couple of different times till one stuck after member line up changes influenced by Boris Karloff Black Sabbath the name we know today.

Now here's a book I should have read a long time ago I remember watching the show The Osborne's and really liking it. I'm ready to take a trip down memory lane.

Read the Introduction didn't think I would get into this book now I know this is my next book for the year...good start so far...

The rest of the book is all the lyrics of the records with Creed.

What a journey Scott went through a lot but there a lot of things that are pending in the life of the records he has recorded with the band, the royalties that are still pending up until what the book says. Im glad he still had the power to make a second record and a successful third record. Loved this book. After everything he went through he Thanks God for getting him through everything like we all should do...

Scott was finally coming to terms with everything from his past up until the moment he realized he needed help from alcoholism he was allergic to it, its why he would pass out. His wife helped him to get into the Betty Ford Center she said was world famous for helping people with recovery this was his second chance. He needed to be a father again a husband again. This was his time.

Coming Full Circle wasn't coming Full Circle they were putting out a new record but wasnt highly promoted because of things out of their control so the success of it was lower than their previous record just under Michael Jackson on the music charts. They also put out a live dvd that year that went the same way and now the other guys were doing a tour that covered the dates of Creed's tour in their new band.

Scott did a concert for the troops over seas and was now reuniting with the other guys in Creed for a new album after some talking through their management team they were going to make this happen.

Scott finally found what he had been looking for all of his life and he was managed to let his past almost ruin everything he worked hard for. He found a beautiful woman named Jaclyn who he married and became mom to his son Jagger and a new mom to his new baby on the way. This chapter leaves off where this book started Scott going over the balcony 16 stories nearly killing himself Jaclyn was like his guardian angel.

No longer was Scott involved in Creed at the time he decided to start his own music as a solo artist. He would write an album titled The Great Divide. This was good and everything its just he wasn't in the best shape mentally he needed a break through but he wasn't sure when that would ever come he wanted a relationship with God but he was all over the place it was hard for him to focus at the time.

Scott finally got away you could feel the calmness while reading this chapter the time he lived in Maui Hawaii with his son. He needed to get away from everything for awhile. He thought about revamping Creed but the other guys had moved on to another project. He did came to the conclusion that after a while it was time to come back home to Florida...

Wow this chapter to think that he was in a car crash and did a music video after that. He ended up finishing the Weathered tour it was good but near the rnd it wasnt good because all the pain he was in and his self medicating he was doing to think he almost took himself out from the pressure of everything but a picture of his son on the wall changed everything...that was insane.

The end of the Human Clay album and onto Weathered. I had no idea the album went to Number One and stayed for weeks. The Rolling Stone Magazine incident I don't understand why a magazine or press would single out Scott as Creed when they were a band just because they were trying to make everything about him. Especially the Behind the Music it was all Scott's story. I remember seeing it. What a story...

Wow what a rollercoaster of a chapters Scott had it hard during the Human Clay Tour. All the hype of adrenaline from being on stage every night no wonder he couldn't sleep. Helping pay his mom's bills with all the money he was raking in and his step dad turned from his ways after he was going down financially. Scott was there to rescue them both. He made his step dad realize how wrong he was about him...Wow.

That chapter read fast Creed finally starts recording their second album Human Clay. Scott is overwhelmed with joy as he becomes a father for the first time, also is seeing his life getting better more successful the money was coming in fast. He couldn't have been happier. Things were starting to turn around.

The success of My Own Prison was taking the band everywhere from starting out in the beginning playing small clubs to big arenas this time taking them around the world. They never imagined this success. Scott now understanding what it means to truly trust God with everything in life especially his success. The level he was at he saw what God was doing. Now it was time to record a new record that would bring fame.

Lots happened to Creed in a short period of time they had been playing shows having their music being listened to and finally being released on the radio, also getting signed from an upincoming record label Wind-up Entertainment. Their dreams were finally being realized. They were slowly getting bigger with so many people behind them.

Scott was very driven even as a teenager growing up he had drive to learn and everything he could possibly learn in college he was so eager for it. He found out Jim Morrison went to college in Florida so he wanted to go there too where he would find the guys that would eventually form Creed but not just there. They didn't keep any songs unless they felt special. Scott knew where he was going and he wasnt giving up.

Finally the beginning of what we now know as his band Creed. I've known this part of the story for awhile now being a big fan of their music. Its amazing how fast they came together. Just a couple of guys who went to school together.

Wow I didn't think Scott would go meet his real dad again after he walked out on his family. He was wanting to see if he would help him with this part of his life. His step dad wasn't someone he was willing to go to now. Its crazy how everything went well for him seeing his dad again.

Scott really went through a lot lost his grandfather lost his place of living lost the place he was getting an education at. He hit rock bottom but still managed to have a job. Its amazing what came of all this the success he would have later.

I'm happy Scott did what he did. He wasn't allowed to live a normal life like all of his friends when he left home all because of the abuse he was getting from his dad. Wow his dad was a jerk. He didn't think Scott could make it without him like everything was never good enough for him. Scott got offers to all these big colleges. He was doing good without him. Im glad Scott became who he is today.

All I have to say is wow...everything his dad was doing was to be abusive not to try to be a parent. Thats crazy what he did to Scott and the rest of the family. I would have called the authorities on him or knocked him out. What a chapter. That wasn't parenting at all just pure abuse.

Scott really had it hard his Dad was on him about being a real Christian. He was getting all this attention and he didn't want to disappoint him but man to not give him a little freedom once in a while. I would have cracked by this point. He was taken out of his regular school and put in a different school where his curriculum was of God. He Dad was very strict on what he was learning as well...
