I have to say that I am not at all impressed with this book so far. I rate it average - at best. I probably will not buy another one of Ted Bell's book. I'll stick with Brad Thor and/or Joel Rosenberg for this kind of action thriller book.

I have this sense of foreboding with each page I turn. This book is really good - the best apocalyptic/post-apocalyptic book that I have read since Cormac McCarthy's book The Road. Really good!

This book was recommended to me by a friend. She told me that it is an apocalyptic book and that I would probably enjoy it, since I enjoyed The Road by Cormac McCarthy so much. So far, in the first 30 pages, this is a book that I am having a hard time putting down and it seems to be getting better with each passing page.

So far, I am not very impressed with this book.

What an excellent book!!
