Uh...that was more graphic than I was prepared for.

I just finished part 1, and I've refrained from commenting up until now because quite frankly I didn't know how I felt about this book. The lore and world building is fascinating, and so well constructed- I feel fully immersed while reading, and Rin is a good narrator, but I wasn't entirely prepared for Just How Much War Talk there was. I'm definitely invested though, and looking forward to what part 2 has to bring!
