I started this book today... Not a single series besides A Song of Ice and Fire has captivated me as much as the Peculiar Children! I just. cannot. put. it. down. It's crazy, but sooo good!

This book is crazy intriguing!! I cannot believe how much I've been reading, I just can't put it down!

I actually started this a couple days ago but forgot to list it on here.

But so far it's very intriguing, good -long- build up. But at the end of the day the story is very stellar and I'm excited to read further!

I haven't been this excited for a Daenerys chapter since the first book!! Everything is coming to a close for this book unfortunately. 2 more chapters left. I can honestly not wait until The Winds of Winter!

Tense shit!!

I've been slacking with this book big time, I knew a major amount of spoilers coming into this novel. So that was already a bit discouraging, put that together with how slow the middle part is as well as my finals at school. I had to take a break from reading. But I'm back, and I'm enjoying it again alot now that I passed the slow part of the book. :-)

I don't really get all the hate for this book. Sure the absence of fan favorites like Tyrion Lannister, Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen are clearly noticeable, it's still an entertaining book... Slow... Yes. But what people seem to forget is that after a big war, there is always the after math. This book clearly shows that after math, and show sparks of new conflicts emerging.

Am really loving this book! My favorite chapters so far are the ones including Arya. That poor girl has gone through so much. And it seems like all her pain and suffering is just starting. She's definitly the most rootable character in my opinion. And oh yeah.... Have I already mentioned that I f-ing hate the Lannisters? They are just the worst. They are literally asking for war by acting so ruthless.

Just as captivating as the first one. Just kindda annoyed it's taking so long to have a Dany chapter again. But that's a minor complaint. The rest is frikkin awesome!!

Am gonna finish this later. My mind can't get off of A Game of Thrones. I don't want to continue trying to force myself through a book that I'm not into at the moment. I'll finish it afterwards.

I so love this book! How freaking amazing. GRRM has such a talent. To be able to create such a world with such a history and such unique characters and moral standpoints is absolutely amazing! Am slowly adjusting to the major amount of characters and history that the book has to offer. But it's all worth it!
