Mat and demodred are playing chess. Each move countering three or four plots the other makes.

Matt claims to be avoiding work is putting the final preparations in wbfore the battle. The shadow is not supposed to be there for days but he realizes they are there early. He needs to change the plan so the dark freinds don’t know what he will do

F retrieved the horn from tar valon but bubble of evil sends them into the blight. She is suspicious of valan and satele but has to trust someone. They are heading towards SG
Avienda learns about red aiel. Sees Grendel near command tent. Cadusane saves A. in circle they fight red aiel around the camp

H makes a light using the wires he gave M she had hidden in her backpack. They get a gift of pudding and chocolate which he coaxes her to eat.

At night he hears silks crying at the base of the tree and drops her a couple chocolates.

They are pitted against each other but H still shows humanity

They find the force feild and Haymitch notices the bounce back effect. Him and M debate splitting up but wait till m can get their supplies. Heading back she is killed by mutts for attacking the peacemakers.
Fast retaliation but still nothing for H for blowing the tanks.
H looks for Willie one if his doves and finds her starving in a tree. Barely holding in H gives her blankets and water plus a tarp for the rain

H wants to go north again and doing so gets ambushed by the two girls from 4. They chase them into a clearing with 3 peacekeepers who get murdered by May and 4 girl. Hovercraft blows them comes in and smoke bombs them
May’s grandma knew a Lucy gray quote but would have been too old. They burn through the hedge and find the cliff mentioned in catching fire

What are they going to do about SG? If nobody is there to stop people from getting to Rand that could be disastrous

Iterulde struggles against the compulsion, he can feel try wrong decisions trying to force there way out

Egwene confronts gareth thanks to Matt’s tip and realizes he is under compulsion. Gareth is relieved because he new something was wrong

Lan confirms that his general is either a dark freind or under compulsion. He opened the right flank to a massive attack as the trollocs were rallying. L arrested him

M enters the battle and immediately realizes gareth is losing the battle on purpose. 3/4 generals now. May fights, takes a channeler hostage and raises a man to officer by mistake.
He takes over control of the army and sends min to arrest gareth

Garett’s troops are growing too fatigued to hold the front. He sends Min to convince Tuon to send reinforcements. Matt obliges but T realizes M’s gift and enlists her as doom sayer

Lan realizes the battle plans of his general are going to be disastrous. 2nd commander to swap sides. Probably compulsion maybe the 🕷️

Matt wants to see the battle. He strips and leaves, T supports his decision

M now officially hates Hs plan to go into the maze so they head back towards the cornucopia. On there way they find some of there allies fighting a bear/porcupine who can shoot poison quills.
They manage to lure it away using olives. Everyone is hungry include the game.

Maysilee kills panche with a poison dart as the other girl from 4 bleeds out. M&H catch up swap food and sleep for the night. 10 or 16 left I forget but only 2 tributes.
They get there 2nd parachute in the night with soup
H really wants to head north but can’t tell M why. When they get to the maze they try chopping there way in but are stopped by ladybugs that explode when you chop the hedge.

Haymitch grovels in the fact that he thinks he has failed and killed all his freinds. He wonders at the cystsline ash that came from the volcano erupting. Eventually he decides maybe he can find the generator so he starts to head north.
He stumbles into a maze and is directed out by following a rabbit. Breaking through the clearing he finds the careers. Kills one sounds another he is face to face with panache

Elayne passed out on the front lines. When she wakes up she retreats to the back. When scouting the battle which is going well, with Brigitte she realizes the trollocs coming up on them sooner then expected.
She rushed to tell bashere who is being confronted by Tam.
Tam says the scouting reports mentioned by bashere are false. Bashere is arrested as a dark friend for setting them up

Egwene and fortuna meet and negotiate. F will abide by Rands plans for now but twists his words. E agrees to let seanchan recruit channelers to be domaine. This would be voluntary. In return E says any domaine would be allowed to leave if they wanted. This turns to bickering and E tells everyone that F can channel and should be collared. F did not know E was collared.
Matt breaks up a fight saying they are allies

Elayne made it to camilin but her troops are dead tired. The channelers need rest to be able to support a retreat. It’s time for the dragons which per usually are deadly

Iterulde defending SG. There is a long reveen before making it to the main encampment that the darkness needs to traverse. I* set up brambles to slow the forces and aiel to throw rocks and burning logs down the sides. The Ts retreat day 1

Mat has been maned rod holder 😉 for the seanchan army meaning he is third in command. He is struggling to deal with the personalities of the people he leads and from fortuna’s pov he looks crazy. The second in command is heated
Lan making plans. The darkness that spread of SG earlier in the day occurred in the boarderlands for a moment as well

Egwene and G sneak away with G leading. G puts on the seanchan ring to sneak better knowing that it can kill him. E is spotted by a channeler and taken captive only to be rescued but leiwlin. G ambushed

Avienda leads the channelers on the assault of SG. Forms a circle when confronted by a forsaken. They escaped. Likely G.

Rand enters the mountain and hears a voice that isn’t a voice, Dark one or creator?

3 forsaken in one chapter!?

Egwene and gawayne still hiding see the Sharans have captured some channeled POWs. A gateway opens and Demandred (called it) appears. He is the leader of this group. They seem cool I would like to see more of them. Cross of aiel and seanchan.

In the wolf dream Perrin has spent a week looking for slayer. He finds Grendhal but doesn’t kill her. Lanfear chastises him for his weakness

The aiel Tearians and dragonsworn scout Shay ghoul. They plan on attacking and holding while Rand battles the dark one. R is worried about the seals but assumes one of the forsaken will have them so he tasks avienda with retrieving it and leading the channelers.

Suain Garth and the others escaped there tent being destroyed

Androl and the others are free. They allow 46 to be bonded. Swear loyalty to Logain

Rand told Green that three of the seals she had are fakes.

Why don’t they shoot arrows through the gates?

The easterners finally make their appearance and in a big way. They create a gate in the middle of Elayne’s camp and kill any channelers they sense. Gawayne and Egwene hide under a wagon.

Is this what demondrad was hinting at him accomplishing? Assumed it was trolloc related

Lan reflects on how similar him and Rand are. Trusts his general but the man is very tired and making mistakes.

Elayne walking into trap needs to stop the trollocs from taking Carhien before they pinch her army between two forces.

Cadusane and others tell Rand he needs to hurry but he wants to keep everyone on there twos incase darkfreinds spoil his plans

Rand makes a deal with Tuon. Matt is officially the POR and gets a new wardrobe plus stylist
