This book is absolutely incredible. It is my first historical fiction read and I am absolutely captivated. This might become my favorite book of all time, and Historical fiction might be my new favorite genre!

The story of sisterhood, motherhood, girlhood, rebellion, love, and bravery is incredibly well written and truly beautiful.

I’m pretty sure if I didn’t have to take care of a toddler I would’ve devoured this in a day. The scene setting, the potential foreshadowing, the overlapping timeline, AH!

Riley Sager just knows how to set a scene. I am always absolutely captivated by the places he takes me.

I only rated the last book 3 stars because of the errors, but the plot and spice were just RIGHT. This book isn’t riddled with errors and will be receiving a higher review.
