What a way to fuck up a book! I loved the vampire series and thought this one would be a good one too but idk anymore. Why would u involve the fucking mafia and where the fuck is the connection outside of sex??? I’m still giving it a chance but I got disappointed real quick

I was so hyped for this book and idk what it is, but sth’s missing. I have this dissatisfaction every time I read it. I feel like it doesn’t have the intensity between the characters that I thought it would have. It seems that they only have this pure lust and no romance what so ever. And don’t get me wrong I love me some heavy smut. It’s just not it. Maybe I’ll pick it up again, but for now it’s a DNF.

Sth vital is missing. I think it lacks intensity.
