First short story “The Guide” was almost too relevant of a follow up to the book I finished earlier, “Perfection”. At least in my mind. Far from just a palate cleanser but the frantic maximalism of her failures were def a relief after the curated minimalism of both Anna and Tom and of the book (which I did give 5 stars). I need to discuss like every sentence lol
