Whoa a year has passed. Elend’s dad is waging war against their ska army. So dumb.

I’m literally so obsessed. The epitome of a cozy little book filled with oddball characters that are fully charming me. Kept putting it down for cute “ugh!🥰” blurts.

This is hard for me to read. I need to take fiction breaks. Some things I agree with and others are super hard to get through.

Vin killed Shan elariel because she was going to assassinate Elend! Shan was also a mistborn😱

The ninth metal is gold and it makes you see potential multiverse kind of past self and it freaks out vin. Marsh is deeper trusted in the ministry. House venture mines and sells the lord ruler atium. Elend’s friends don’t like vin and are going to have spies follow her and this makes Elend question vin.

In the fourth part of the book!! 🎉
Yeden led an army to fight the Garrison (ahhhh whyyyyyyy??????) and they all died. Now it’s time to fight since they randomly decided.

Elend isn’t an asshole!! Vin got handkerchiefs from Elend and Spook (Lestibournes). Fancy! Kelsier is back home. Shan wants vin to spy on Elend’s books.

Kelsier visited the skaa caves and vin talked to marsh about using bronze and how it actually is good.

Kelsier is finding out all the gossip about the houses and realized that Vin likes Elend Venture lol.

Vin is going to more balls. Sazed is a keeper. Elend Venture is maligned with the lord ruler for some reason and is fraternizing with opposing houses. Sus. Lady Shan is a bitch.

Vin went to a ball and was asked to dance by the guy that is the heir to the big ball house - elrend venture

Kelsier has given up trying to make her stop following him places so now they’re going into lord ruler’s mansion.

Vin is going to be an aristocratic mole for Kelsier and crew. Sazed is wills favorite character apparently. He’s her guardian and teacher.

Pewter = big “thug”
Tin = heightened senses
Copper = hiding the use of allomancy “smoker”
Iron = iron pulling
Steel = steel pushing
? = soothing “soother”
? = rage? Idk
The one that lets you sense if other people are using allomancy

The overall master plan has been fleshed out. Who the heck is marsh??

This is so COOL

Mistborn = dude with all 8 powers
Crew = thieving heist group
Steel inquisitor = a body horror nightmare
Lord Ruler = leader of the final empire
Allomancy = metal powers

I am facing my big book fear. With the way this is written though, I think I can do it.

This book is very good at taking your mind off of the real world. True escapism.

I stayed up far too late reading.

Things are starting to make so much more sense. Audiobooks aren’t for me.

Beautiful start to a book. From a math nerd, I love the number references. I can feel something going to go wrong very soon though.

Oh my god has this really picked up the pace. Omniscience psychology is coming in for the kill now. He’s working with Vincent now????

I’m confused about Vincent but I think I’m supposed to be. It jumped to Harry’s 12th life after just talking about his 6th. I’m excited to learn about what the Cronus club is going to do about figuring out who’s responsible for ending the world.

I love Virginia!! I’m in Harry’s fifth life now. I love this book!!

I can feel this book ramping up to something incredible and I’m excited!
