I was having this feeling that Aya was going to betray them and man she did?uhh. And oh my, that scene when all the zumra was looking at Altair and were in disbelief when he went to stood next to the lion -ouch- 😭💔 (even thou he had reasons)

God. I wasn't expecting this.. This book was brilliant. Tragically brilliant.

It's really fast-paced and engaging. It's very easy to read and I am having a great time with it ✨

Wow. It has started quite promisingly..

Read the first 3 chapters. and I love this world and how Holly Black can totally immerse me into the story. I am excited to be back and obviously scared for Oak.

I don't know what it is but I find it so hard connecting to Sally Rooney's characters... It just feels like that in order to show that they're realistic or people with flaws- she just show them terrible in romantic relationships (mostly including cheating, or having sex with people left & right). I am once again UNCOMFORTABLE reading her book and not in a good way but in a eww no way-way.

No coherent thoughts at the moment. Its just fine. But ph-during the chapters of Alice & Eileen writing emails to eachother, it just feels really really REALLYY info dumping.

Roman- my boy is such a sweetheart & I obviously really love Iris as well. I kept thinking about it whole day when I wasn't reading it & like what kind of drug did Rebecca Ross put in this book because I am quite literally unable to put it down everytime I pick it up. I just right now had to force myself to put it down because I have double class at uni in a few hours and should sleep. But Oh- I loving this book. ❤

I am loving it. I've been reading it pretty quickly and I am hooked. I literally only put it down because I've an early morning class tomorrow.

Read only prologue and first 3 chapters AND I'll have to say that I am already really enjoying this story and the characters. I already like Iris Winnow. The story about war and Gods and everything is also very interesting to me. Hoping I like it even more as the book progresses ❤

Tears streaming down my face. The way Fredrik Backman tied it all up and made it all full circle. Oh God. Such a precious read. Loved, loved it. I think I want to give it 5 stars

Why are these characters so precious.?!.. I am literally feeling for almost each of them. Fredrik Backman knew what he was doing ❤
