ok i was a tad bit unfair about his writing style in the last update but he goes against all i hold dear when it comes to sci fi. i love the vivid descriptions and worldbuilding and how people slot into said worldbuilding but with all of ishiguro's work i've ever read is so confusing. sci fi is NOT cosmic horror. you need to tell me what is going on! i know he's trying to inhabit the character but i need to know!!!!!
