Interesting tale about homeless in and around Boston. Felt I could have better spent my time on another book, but it is fine.

I thought would be about policy, but in reality it is about a doctor that helps the homeless in and around Boston, MA.

Just as captivating and well written as the first book in the series.

Book is captivating so far. Writing not the best, but the story is splendid and exciting and original.

I think the book may be a metaphor for people blindly following politicians.

Gotten better, but author still hammering you over the head with points.

Taking break for a week from this book so can finish book for daughter’s book club. Is it sad I am glad for the break?

I thought the singing ended…but sadly no. The Mines of Moria area was exciting, but as soon as it ended the dullness returned. Even the meeting of Galadriel was rather dull. I am so disappointed. Also the concept of Gollum tracking them right into the elf camp? I find it hard to believe the elves could not keep track of Sméagol.

Gotten a lot better, but still only 2 to 3 stars right now. Will see how it ends.

Even more songs! Ugh! I am just skipping them now whenever they come up. Add nothing to the story and unnecessarily verbose.

The songs are becoming repetitive and annoying.

SO SLOW. So far giving this book two stars. I remember clearly now why I got only a few chapters in the first time I tried to read as a teenager. Hopefully gets better. So disappointing considering it is considered a classic.

Hard to put this book down. Story is captivating. Whenever I have to stop reading it I regularly wonder what will happen next.
