Details, details, details. Lots and lots of details. Kate Morton has a vernacular vocabulary, but must we show it off in almost every sentence? Getting lost in the details has made this a slow, albeit interesting, read thus far.

Restarted my all time favorite book ✨ set in WWII era, this historical fiction has everything you could ever want in a book. It’s made my laugh out loud, cry tears of sadness, and made me think. Such an amazing read!
