Because of a number of emails, we're now investigating producing slipcases for the full set of Legends hardcovers. The Kickstarter for it will launch 06/23/20 at 12:00 noon EDT.

Now that The Legends of the First Empire series is completed and released, it's time to turn my attention to my next series! The pre-order page is live for Nolyn (Book #1 of Rise and Fall) for the audiobook version. Here's hoping for many pre-orders that could get me a third New York Times Bestseller!

Shipment of signed Age of Empyre books is proceeding well. We have several thousand orders (both from the Kickstarter and from direct buying on my website store), and about 2/3rds of them are out the door and we are hoping to have the remaining ones done by the end of this week!

On Friday I signed 1,512 copies of Age of Empyre. I'll finish up the remaining 1,176 on Monday. Pre-orders from me (through Kickstarter or our online store) will start shipping next week!

Age of Empyre shipment has arrived at our local warehouse so I'll start signing them tomorrow. Shipments for people who pre-ordered from my site and the Kickstarter backers should start going out tomorrow or Monday. But there are several thousand orders and the fulfillment house is dealing with Covid restrictions. I'm anxious to see them!

In preparation for writing "Esrahaddon" (book #3 in the Rise an Fall trilogy, I'm re-listening to al the Riyria Revelation books. Just started on book #3 (Nyphron Rising), and as always, Tim Gerard Reynolds is doing such a great job on it. I'm really enjoying the listen and since it is has been so long since I read these books, it's almost like I've found a whole new author to dive into!

Look what arrived via FedEx yesterday!



No, it's not the actual book (that is still on the press), but the dust jackets arrived. Books will be leaving the printer on May 20th. I'm not sure how long before they are available from retailers, but any copy bought from our store will start shipping May 21st (and will be signed).

The last book in the Legends of the First Empire will be released on May 5th (ebook and audio) and hardcovers will come off the press on May 20th. You can find links for pre-ordering here. NOTE: ebooks available now from our website.

Age of Empyre is on the presses! We expect hardcovers to ship around May 20, which probably means shifting back the May 26th release date. That said, the May 5th release for the ebook and audiobook are NOT affected and WILL deliver on time. If you want to read the ebook now, you can get a copy from our website store

The Age of Empyre Kickstarter has raised more than $100,000 in just 6 days. I guess people are pretty excited about getting the last book in March rather than May.
