First in the Primary Day here in New Hampshire. Over the last 2 months, we receive 8-12 phone calls per day of Surveys or requests for support for candidates. We have both Republicans and a Democrat in this house. i have a choice to vote for a Showman, a Doctor , Businesswomen, a Texas Pol ( like Nixon but more unlikeable.), and a couple of Govs and Senators.

as practice read 100 ish pages in little chapel in an hour while on treadmill. appr 500 wpm.

on to a series of daily practice drills . a promise part of the book. If you do them daily for 6 weeks at 20 minutes per day 400-800 wpm, 40 minutes per day 600 to 1200 wpm , 60 minutes per day 800 to 1500 wpm , 90 minutes per day 1200 to 2000 wpm , 120 minutes per day over 2000 wpm / 90 -120 minutes need to be broken into 2 sessions.

completed the exercise chapter 4 where I reread and reread the same section stretching the amount each time. This time maxed out on try 3 ,try 4& 5 were shorted.
