It's gotten MUCH better. The chapter on Storytelling was a highlight.

It's clear this started as an NYT article. Expanding into a book makes it a relentless reading of factoids and statistics. I care about this topic but this is not the book I wanted to read about it. May not finish unless there is a tone shift from endless speculative stats.

This story thoroughly stimulates feelings of claustrophobia and despair without anything horrifying happening. Amazing.

Popper is SO FUN to read.

Yep, Mean Girls meets American Psycho.
