Really good - it’s due back to the library though and the wait list to get it again is 12 weeks. Might be worth buying.

Not sure I’ll finish it - it’s not summer fun thriller or pandemic distraction. It’s the petty relentless ripping off and bullying of black residents of a street in order to sell the real estate to a bunch of shitty Amy Coopers - the racist Central Park dog walker. Presumably you find out the residents are being murdered rather than moving away but the lead up whatever the mystery is is BLM depressing

Looking for fast paced audiobooks about a non-beautiful, non-wealthy, non-powerful, non-lawyer, non-cop, non-military, non-Mary Sue, unspecial person with no family drama and no kids to rescue, who is facing something extraordinary. Speculative fiction, dystopian, twists and turns, psychologic thrillers and plagues especially. No romances, coming of age, and supernatural nonsense.

Audiobook version, not read by the author (unlike his others). Unfortunately the narrator's accent is distracting/irritating. Ronson's are generally good for listening several times with boring tasks but this one is not good choice for a purchase - set aside but haven't given up yet.

Up to episode 9 and setting aside. So tired of slave stories.
