I could ignore the romantic stuff in the first book as so much awesome stuff was happening and I didn’t mind it too much. This book has become painful to read at this point. Out male character is worrying about the people of city while our female character, who is the most powerful and badass character in the book, is mostly worrying about what boy she should pick.. could we fucking not?
