Page 183: why did I think revisiting Houellebecq anno 2022 was a good idea again? It's all so sad, but not because of the reasons Houellebecq intented. The guy is an increasingly mouldy cupboard. Maybe it's me. I'm mouldy too, and a staunch dogmatic leftist, by now. Maybe I should kill myself too. Let's wait until the book is over, at least. There's always one more achievement, in late capitalism.
