Already amazed by this book and taken aback by the lenses through which Leland explores both his own blindness and the history/culture of blindness

dare i say the paradise lost of our generation!!!!! maybe i’m exaggerating but idk…….it’s been really something

less confusing than earlier parts of the book, and love that i’m getting to read this during winter (and today a snowstorm) because it feels very connected to the town of lakeside.

loving this book so far, despite sometimes being a little confused. feel like it would be really fun to have read in a college course because i think some of it is going over my head, but i’m enjoying it regardless. unlike anything i’ve read before!

gaiman’s writing is already really clever, funny, smart. im looking forward to continuing
