I was debating what to read this weekend. I despise Romance so this is my choice. This makes me happy.

Idk how I feel about this book. Like I really want to like it but the misogyny is RIPE. It’s to prove a point but it’s overdone.

If one more person mentions the fact that Wendy is IN FACT a GIRL I'mma throw the biggest fucking fit and DNF this book. There is proving a point and then there's using a hammer. If I wanted to be beaten upside the head with a discourse in misogyny I would read something else.

I'm not liking White Fang nearly as much as I did Call of the Wild. It's hot garbage. So far its all about how badly he was beaten like... come on

this is a wonderful example of why I should listen to my mother when she says I will like a book. I just finished Call of the Wild and I loved it. I loved it so much.

The sexism is ripe.
