This book is oddly compelling. I’m not sure it’s good per say but I definitely don’t want to put it down so yeah, I’ll go with good.

hmmm.. I love Charlotte's writing. It's just so smooth. Not too sure how I feel about Polly and Graham though. She is such a serious child for one of 6 and idk how I feel about the attention Graham pays her. I think it's suppose to be taken as light hearted and brotherly but at the moment it just feels a bit like grooming?

I can’t decide if Graham is just playing with her or if it’s predatory. His interactions make me uncomfortable

Realized I couldn't read The Unbroken until I finished this as they are both military fantasy. They are very different but both at once is not ideal.

over all I'm enjoying this but I have a few issues. 1: Considering these two GREW up, their entire lives, during this Z Apocalypse, they are both incredibly naïve. 2: Insta love, no relationship building. Just boom.
