Bo Mason seems a ton like Jack Kerouac.

This book is as sweeping as any I've read in western American literature. So conflicted about Bo.

Had to take back to the library. Not catching my interest.

probably the weirdest book I've ever read...can't tell yet if the eccentricity is over the top.

Fascinating article tracking ivory through central Africa and its ties with terrorist groups. Just wish I knew where it ended up!

May have judged this book too harshly in the beginning. Turns out all of the tangents and analysis on the Serbian Civil War and the battle between control over secret operations between the British and the United States is almost as fascinating as the actual extraction of the soldiers behind enemy lines.

Really interesting look at the debate between Mihailovic and Tito, although I can't help but notice that Freeman seems to have some sort of anti-Communist, pro modern Serbian agenda...

I remember nothing about this book. It is bizarre.

Incredibly suspenseful and thorough, but the paragraph structure makes absolutely no sense and emotional tone makes all Americans seem like demi-gods.

Puddleglum the Marsh-Wiggle is all of a sudden the best character in the whole series.
