i know better than to fall for the first love interest when it comes to two brothers (i also tend to fall for the older, misunderstood one) but the first love interests who turn out to be betrayers are portrayed perfect and gentle in order to deceive their true nature in the beginning but julian is not like that, he is full of secrets and not gentle at all.
