Okay, when I got this book for review I was interested in the recipes and was hoping only for recipes, but the author insists on a whole introduction why keto is the healthy diet. Peanuts have been linked to causing that and that? Well, guess what, so has meat. The entire introduction feels like someone selecting only the studies that benefit their cause and I am not ok with that.
