This book is great! This one scene is hilarious! They are listening to music in the car, and Vera hears a Neo Soul song and thinks something like: the song is so saccharine that it makes my teeth hurt. Then, says to agent Layne, something like, "This is so bad." To which he replies, "Drivers choice." Or something along those lines. Then Vera thinks: the next 3 pop songs were just as disturbing. Too funny!

These books are so entertaining!

So far, so good! I can't help but see it all play out in my head with the actor's voices rent-free in my head.
