I am totally loving this book so far!

This 1st chapter has me worried... Sounds nothing like Stephen King meets the office. It's more like a war run of the mill war story...
Fingers crossed that this gets better.

I'm enjoying this book so far, but there are a few cringy things. I can't stand it when acronyms are spoken outloud. A minor complaint, but just say the whole thing instead of "af", "omg" and such things.

This book is intriguing so far, but I can't stand it when goth is equated to satanism. Goths aren't satanic (I'm sure there are satanic goths, but it's not part of the culture), more dark romantic. Mini rant over.

So far, so good, I really wish Bloodline would get her own ongoing book.

This book is unhinged in the best of ways.
One thing, though, I'm listening to the audiobook, and the narrator is a bit dubious. A 58 year old woman (time of recording) who sounds like a heavy smoker for an 8/13 year old girl and a man. It's a little odd, lol.

This is an awesome book I didn't expect the direction it took in the second third.
