Sonnets VIII-XIV done.
Of these, all but the last sonnet continue Shakespeare’s very pro-natalist themes of “don’t be greedy, have children and keep your legacy alive,” and they got a bit repetitive. Sonnet XII was probably the best of that bunch, but Sonnet XIV begins the love sonnets, and it was a breath of fresh air.
